Preparation of design documentation for the revitalisation of the historic manor house of the starosts of Międzyrzecz in Międzyrzecz The subject of the contract is the performance by the Contractor for the Ordering Party of design documentation for the revitalisation of a historic building of the starost’s office — the main seat of the Muzeum Ziemi Międzyrzeckiej im. Alfa Kowalskiego, together with site development, including preparation of an expert assessment of dampness of the building’s ground-floor (basement/lowest storey), an inventory of the building, a conservator’s works programme together with the pricing of those works, a construction design, an executive design and technical designs, along with obtaining all necessary decisions, opinions and permits.
