PREPARATION AND DELIVERY OF MEALS — 24/7 — FOR PATIENTS OF SPZOZ MIĘDZYCHÓD The subject matter of the contract is: PREPARATION AND DELIVERY OF MEALS — 24/7 — FOR PATIENTS OF SPZOZ MIĘDZYCHÓD  The Contractor will be required to provide a group catering service in the health care sector while complying with the rules of good hygienic practice and the rules of good manufacturing practice and to comply with the HACCP system.  The services will be provided on all days of the week, taking into account all possible days off and public holidays.  During performance of the contract, the Contractor will be required to ensure the quality of meals in accordance with the recommendations regarding dietary norms and ingredients and food products assigned to health care facilities, taking into account the applicable diets and meal preparation technology, as issued by the Food and Nutrition Institute in Warsaw, particularly with regard to nutritional value, variety, volume and portioning/grammage of dishes.  The production and distribution of meals must guarantee sanitary and epidemiological safety.  Meals should be produced using fresh, highest-quality raw materials, with documents…
