Preparation and delivery of meals for SM Spółka z o. o. Centrum Rehabilitacji SM in Bornem Sulinowie. 1. The subject of the contract is the preparation and delivery of meals for patients to SM Spółka z o.o. Centrum Rehabilitacji in Bornem Sulinowie. 2. The subject of the contract has not been divided into parts, which has no negative impact on competition. The absence of division into parts is dictated by economic considerations. This contract relates to the scope covering only one healthcare provider, which means that carrying it out as part of one lot and by one contractor will constitute the most efficient method from a technical and formal perspective. 3. The Contracting Authority specifies the following detailed requirements with regard to the delivery of meals: a) Full-day catering consists of 3 meals a day, i.e. breakfast, lunch and dinner, for approx. 38 persons per day, including on average 5–7 special diets.
