The subject of the contract is the delivery of courses together with the final examination in the scope of providing qualified first aid for employees of the Marshal’s Office of the Dolnośląskie Voivodeship as part of the task “Protection of the population and civil defence”. 2. The detailed description of the subject of the contract and the conditions for its performance have been specified by the Contracting Authority in the Draft contract constituting, together with the Detailed Description of the Subject of the Contract (hereinafter: SOPZ), Annex No. 7 to the SWZ. 3.
