TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the preparation and delivery of entrepreneurship and business classes for young people. 2. The detailed description of the subject of the contract (SOPZ) constitutes Appendix No. 1D to the SWZ and will be introduced as an appendix to the public procurement contract. 3. The conditions for performing the contract are included in the draft provisions of the public procurement contract, which will be incorporated into the public procurement contract — the contract template — and constitute Appendix No. 1C to the SWZ (hereinafter referred to as the contract template). 4. The Contracting Authority specifies that the Contractor will be obliged to transfer to the Contracting Authority the economic copyrights to the works created, in accordance with the contract. 5.
