Preparation and delivery of meals for patients of the Ryszard Rzepka Hospital in Sulechów, Sp. z o.o. 1. The subject of the contract is the preparation and delivery of meals for patients of the Ryszard Rzepka Hospital in Sulechów, Sp. z o.o. Scope of the provision of services: 1) The subject of the contract includes the preparation, production and distribution of all-day and daily nutrition for hospitalized patients, in accordance with the current nutrition standards for healthcare entities, recommendations of the Minister of Health, HACCP system rules, and applicable food and sanitary law. 2) Meals should be prepared taking into account: ― the type of diet used, ― the patient’s clinical condition, ― medical and dietary recommendations, ― current nutrition standards and hospital nutrition standards. 3) The Contractor shall be required to: ― ensure an appropriate energy and nutritional value of meals adequate to the type of diet and the current nutrition standards for healthcare entities, ― use menus consistent with the current guidelines of the Minister of Health, ― maintain appropriate sensory, taste and aesthetic quality of meals, ― ensure variety in meals and diversity of food…
