1. The subject matter of the contract is the service of the successive acceptance and management of waste with the code 19 12 12 - other wastes (including mixed substances and items) resulting from mechanical treatment of waste other than those listed in 19 12 11 (low-calorific fraction with an estimated calorific value of 9-12 MJ/kg) at an incineration/thermal waste treatment installation with a granulation size of ˃80 mm (ballast fraction), originating from the stream of unsorted (mixed) municipal waste and from the “dry fraction” (packaging) of municipal waste, separated at the waste sorting line at the Municipal Waste Treatment Installation of Miejskie Przedsiębiorstwo Gospodarki Komunalnej Sp. z o.o. in Tarnów, at ul. Komunalna 29. 2. The estimated maximum quantity of waste intended for acceptance and management under the contract is 10,000 Mg, with MPGK reserving the right to reduce this quantity due to a periodically lower amount of waste delivered to the MPGK Installation.
