TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is to carry out a task entitled “Acceptance and recovery of waste with code 19 12 12 – Other waste (including mixed substances and articles) from mechanical treatment of waste other than those listed under 19 12 11 in the R1 process”, i.e. the successive acceptance for recovery of waste with code 19 12 12. The waste must be recovered at the Contractor’s installation in the R1 recovery process – mainly using as fuel or another means of producing energy, in accordance with Annex No 1 to the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (consolidated text: Journal of Laws 2023, item 1587, as amended). The estimated quantity of waste with code 19 12 12 that will be delivered (transport on the Contracting Authority’s side) to the Contractor for recovery during the term of the contract will be 8 000 Mg. The Contracting Authority is entitled to make use of the right of option by obliging the Contractor to receive and recover waste during the term of the contract in an amount of up to 1 600 Mg (20% of the size of the basic order).
