Adaptation and expansion of the Voivodeship Emergency Shelter and Civil Defence Warehouse, and thermal modernisation of the building at ul. Harfowa 58 in Gdańsk, in the design and build formula with an option 1. The subject of the contract is the performance of construction works for the task entitled “Adaptation of the Voivodeship Emergency Shelter and Civil Defence Warehouse building for the implementation of tasks resulting from the Act on Civil Defence and Emergency Shelter and its expansion with an office part for the needs of the Emergency Notification Centre” and “Thermal modernisation of buildings located in Gdańsk at ul. Okopowa 21/27 and at ul. Harfowa 58” in the design and build formula with an option. The Contracting Authority informs that the estimated total value of the contract amounts to PLN 23,281,444.17 net, including: • Basic Contract – PLN 4,962,986.09 net • Option – PLN 18,318,458.08 net.
