Conversion of the basement part of the Municipal Centre of Culture and Library building in Miejsce Piastowe for the needs of emergency shelters The subject of the contract is construction works in the basement and stairwell of a building located at ul. Dukielska 2A in Miejsce Piastowe and adapting it to the requirements resulting from the Regulation of the Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration of 9 July 2025 (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 932). For this purpose, it is necessary in particular to: 1) secure the work area, including the fan room; 2) prepare the substrate and install tile cladding on walls, floors and stairs; 3) perform decorative plaster; 4) install gypsum smoothing compound; 5) paint the rooms; 6) fabricate and install handrails; 7) install door joinery; 8) perform white installation (sanitary fit-out); 9) install a pressure-raising set; 10) supply, install and commission a heat pump for the existing ventilation unit; 11) install lighting fixtures and surface-mounted installations; 12) provide power supply for an external generator set; 13) supply and install equipment; 14) prepare as-built documentation necessary to obtain a permit for use of the part of…
