ADAPTATION OF PREMISES IN THE SCHOOL-PRESCHOOL COMPLEX IN CIĘŻKOWICE FOR THE NEEDS OF A DAILY SUPPORT FACILITY 1. The subject of the contract is the performance of construction works related to the conversion of part of the ground-floor premises in the building of the School-Preschool Complex in Ciężkowice for the needs of establishing a Daily Support Facility, on plot no. 928/4 in Ciężkowice. 2. The scope of the contract includes: DEMOLITION WORKS:  dismantling of 3 windows together with external and internal sills  partial demolition of window spandrels/sill walls  dismantling of interior doors in the DC premises (PWD) and in adjacent premises  dismantling of gres (ceramic) and lastrico floors along with chipping off the top screed in  the DC premises (PWD) and in adjacent premises  dismantling of sanitary fixtures in rooms where toilets will be located  demolition of the partition wall in rooms where toilets will be located  making chases for the designed electrical and water-sewage (water and sewer) installations CONSTRUCTION WORKS:  partially bricking up the width of one window opening  installation of 3 windows together with external and internal sills …
