RESTORATION TO EMERGENCY OPERATION OF A WATER INTAKE FOR THE MUNICIPALITY OF MIELNIK 1. Restoration to emergency operation of a water intake for the Municipality of Mielnik A task to be performed in the design-and-build mode (for some works, it may be necessary to prepare design documentation). 1) The contract includes the execution of a complete renovation of a deep well designated as SW-3 and the performance of construction works related to the implementation of this investment. Within the scope of the contract, in particular, the following shall be carried out: - dismantle and dispose of all devices located inside the well casing, - carry out inspection of the well using a colour TV camera with recording onto a storage medium, - carry out measurement of the deep well: water level, its yield and quality, the expected depth of the well – 90 metres, - mechanical cleaning of the deep well if necessary also chemical (removal of sediment from the bottom and from the filter), - installation of approx. 2 metres of a stainless steel pumping pipeline Ø80 (including, inter alia: 1 water meter for remote reading, 2 gate valves with a worm-drive actuator, 1 non-return valve, 1 water intake…
