TENDER DESCRIPTION
The Wellbeing Services County of Southwest Finland will award a contract for the construction automation works for the second phase of the new Psychiatry building using a restricted procurement procedure to the extent indicated in the documents. The construction of the new Psychiatry building, second phase, will be carried out as split contracts, with the construction contractor (Skanska Talonrakennus Oy) acting as the main contractor for the project. In the first phase of the new Psychiatry building, a Desigo CC automation and monitoring system supplied by Siemens Oy and completed in 2024 has been implemented. The system has been installed in the client’s server environment. The construction automation system for the second phase of the building that is subject to procurement will be integrated into the Desigo CC system so that the first and second phases of the building form a single building automation and monitoring entity.
