TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Southwest Finland Welfare Region (Varsinais-Suomen hyvinvointialue) is putting out to tender, by means of a restricted procurement procedure, the Phase II construction automation contract for the Psychiatry new-build project to the extent specified in the documents. The construction of the Psychiatry new-build project in Phase II will be carried out as divided contracts, with the building contractor (Skanska Talonrakennus Oy) acting as the main contractor for the site. In Phase I of the Psychiatry new-build project, a Desigo CC automation and monitoring/control system supplied by Siemens Oy, completed in 2024, has been implemented and installed in the client’s server environment. The building automation system for Phase II of the building that is the subject of this procurement will be integrated into the Desigo CC system so that Phases I and II of the building form a single, unified building automation and monitoring/control system entity.
