TENDER DESCRIPTION

Procurement of electricity for the joint contracting authorities (CAs). The procurement is for the planned quantities (base quantity) allocated for the entire duration of the DPS: 9,593,349 kWh. Quantity deviation under Section 58(1) of the Public Procurement Act (Kbt.): 30% above the contracted quantity (i.e., the volume accepted on the market for the subject of the procurement and which does not hinder submission of appropriate tenders); total: 12,471,354 kWh. The CAs shall specify the actual quantity in the tendering phase(s) for the tendering period. The CAs do not undertake any obligation to call off under the DPS. Any obligation on the part of the CAs is created exclusively by initiating the tendering phase(s). The detailed technical description for the specific public procurement to be carried out within the system shall be made available to the CAs at the same time as the dispatch of the invitation to tender.
