TENDER DESCRIPTION
The North Karelia procurement authority requests that you submit an offer for the procurement of support services for Puhas self-service stations for the contract period 9.12.2026 - 31.12.2030 + the option to continue for an indefinite period. If the North Karelia procurement authority terminates the contract at the latest twelve (12) months before the end of the contract period, the contract ends on 31.12.2030. If the contract is not terminated to end at the end of the contract period, the contract continues for an indefinite period with a notice period of twelve (12) months. The offer is binding and must be prepared in the Finnish language. The procurement process is entirely in Finnish. The service must comply with the requirements issued by the European Union’s directly applicable regulations, the laws and decrees of Finland, and instructions issued by authorities.
