TENDER DESCRIPTION

The South Ostrobothnia Wellbeing Services County requests a tender for performing cleanroom measurements as well as maintenance and repair services for safety and fume cupboards. The service description specifies in more detail the content of the service. The measurements must be carried out using calibrated instruments, and calibration certificates must be submitted together with the measurement protocols. The service must comply with the requirements of the PIC/S and EU-GMP directives and the laws and regulations in force in Finland. Measurements follow the standards EN12469 and EN 14644. The measurer must follow the dressing and washing instructions in the cleanrooms of the hospital pharmacy and the physiology and isotope research unit, and act in such a way that the conditions of the cleanroom remain in accordance with the requirements. The measurement equipment must be cleaned before being taken into the cleanroom. In other responsible units, the instructions and requirements of the units must be followed.
