TENDER DESCRIPTION
Tervia Logistiikka Oy procures a telephony and customer service system entity, which consists of the group’s telephone connections, a private branch exchange (PBX) system, and a chat and telephone bot. Further information on the subject of the procurement is provided in the procurement request attachment “Description of the procurement”. The procurement procedure used is a competitive negotiation procedure referred to in Section 36 of the Procurement Act (1397/2016). The procurement documents also refer to a negotiation procedure, which means the same thing. With this request for participation, Tervia Logistiikka Oy invites candidates interested in the procurement to submit a request to participate in the competitive negotiation procedure. The language used in the procurement process is Finnish.
