Tervia Logistiikka Oy procures a telephone and customer service system solution package, which consists of the group’s telephone connections, a telephone exchange system, and a chat and telephone bot. For more information on the subject of the procurement, see the appendix to the request for tenders entitled “Description of the Procurement”. The procurement procedure used is a competitive negotiated procedure as referred to in Section 36 of the Procurement Act (1397/2016). The procurement documents also refer to a negotiated procedure, which means the same thing. With this participation request, Tervia Logistiikka Oy invites candidates who are interested in the procurement to submit a participation application for the competitive negotiated procedure. The language used in the procurement process is Finnish.
