TENDER DESCRIPTION

The South Ostrobothnia Wellbeing Services County procures cleaning services for the needs of the Wellbeing Services County to support its own operations. The subject of the Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) is described in more detail in the participation request and its annexes, in particular in the annex "Subject and terms of the Dynamic Purchasing System". The contracting authority specifies in each internal call for tenders within the procurement system in more detail the contract items to be competed for within the procurement system and their service descriptions and any other possible requirements. The procurement system is valid for approximately 5 years, during which time internal tender competitions within the procurement system are conducted. The contracting authority may extend the validity of the procurement system with a new contract notice. The contracting authority also has the right to terminate the dynamic purchasing system during its period of validity. Suppliers may apply to the procurement system at the establishment phase and later during its period of validity by submitting a participation application in accordance with the participation request.
