TENDER DESCRIPTION

The South Ostrobothnia wellbeing services county procures cleaning services for the county’s needs to support its own operations. The subject of the dynamic purchasing system (DPS) is described in more detail in the request to participate and its annexes, in particular in the annex “Subject and terms of the dynamic purchasing system”. The contracting authority specifies in each call for tenders within the purchasing system in more detail the contracting items to be competed within the purchasing system and their service descriptions and other possible requirements. The purchasing system is valid for approximately 5 years, during which time the internal tender competitions of the purchasing system are conducted. The contracting authority may extend the validity of the purchasing system with a new contract notice. The contracting authority also has the right to terminate the dynamic purchasing system before the end of its validity period. Suppliers may apply to the purchasing system at the establishment stage and later during its validity period by submitting a request to participate in accordance with the request to participate.
