TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Defence Forces request your tender for the receipt of processing and driving tests for the A, BE, C1, C1E, PVC, CE and D classes of the Defence Forces and for the performance of the related service tasks in the Jäger Brigade in Sodankylä and Rovaniemi. Based on the tender competition, a contract in accordance with Appendix 2 will be concluded with the selected supplier. The planned contract period is intended to enter into force on 1.1.2027 and the contract will be made until 31.12.2029. In addition, the customer has the right to extend the contract by an option period of up to two (2) years. The tests will be received using vehicle fleet provided and managed by the Contracting Authority. In producing the service, compliance with Finnish legislation and special legislation is required, such as requirements issued by the Finnish Transport and Communications Agency (Traficom), as well as the Ministry of Defence Decree on driving licence cards and driving permits of the Defence Forces (23/2013) and requirements issued by the Defence Forces.
