TENDER DESCRIPTION

The procurement concern is barrier equipment and a vehicle access control system, which prevent unwanted traffic to the City of Nokia's (hereinafter "Purchaser") material receiving sites, manage access rights, and collect information on vehicles driving into the area. The receiving sites are unmanned. By signing the contract, the Purchaser acquires the three (3) barrier and access control devices and the associated access control system defined in appendix A "Draft Agreement" and appendix 1 "Description of Procurement Object." These must be fully installed no later than 31.12.2026 and ready for production use no later than 1.3.2027. The locations of the barrier and access control devices are presented in the request for tender appendix 2 "Locations of Barrier Equipment." OPTION: The Purchaser reserves the possibility to expand the service during the contract period. The service may be expanded if necessary to other various storage areas or circular economy areas of the Purchaser during the contract period.
