Pułtusk, tenement house, 23 Rynek Street, (1826-27), façade renovation The subject of the contract is an investment involving the performance of the task entitled “Pułtusk, tenement house, 23 Rynek Street, (1826-27), façade renovation.” The tenement house constitutes a fixed immovable monument. It is located on plot no. ewid. 133, obręb 0014, of the city of Pułtusk. The task includes carrying out conservation and restoration works and construction works at the historic tenement house at 23 Rynek Street, entered in the register of monuments under No. A-129. The aim of the undertaking is to secure and preserve the historic substance of the building and to restore its aesthetic and functional value. The task provides for re-creating the façade together with downpipes, rain gutters, and external window sills
