Context of the construction measure Renovation measure: Badhaus: This construction measure involves the refurbishment of a listed (heritage-protected) bathhouse. The building forms part of a historic spa complex that extends along the park promenade of the State Park Wilhelmsbad and constitutes its focal point. The refurbishment measure for the bathhouse is part of the planned refurbishment of all buildings in the listed ensemble. The arcade building adjacent to the west has already been renovated. The bathhouse was built in 1777/78, according to plans by Franz Ludwig von Cancrin, as the first of the four pavilions along the Wilhelmsbad promenade. It has two full storeys, as well as a mansard storey and an attic storey. Beneath the staircase there is a small crawl cellar. For the trade of plastering work—façade, the following services must be provided, as a combined scope: - approx. 340 m2 installation of base plaster and finishing plaster in FL lime plaster system, to be worked onto sandstone reveals, sandstone portal and wooden roof cornices, - masonry preparation by chasing out joints and repointing, in partial areas, - approx. 55 m crack and material-change coverage…
