TENDER DESCRIPTION
Description of the service: The listed (heritage-protected) building of the Museum of Hamburgish History is to be renovated and converted. The planned measures include comprehensive modernisation and renovation of all floors, with the focus on the required structural measures for the re-establishment of the permanent exhibition on the 1st and 2nd upper floors, as well as the redesign and restructuring of visitor infrastructure, educational/interpretive areas, the museum shop and the restaurant. The museum has a net floor area of approx. 13,400 m² and a gross floor area of approx. 17,500 m². In addition, there is the covered inner courtyard and the outdoor facilities, which are also to be considered as part of the measures. The present bill of quantities is for plastering works in the interior.
