TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Region of Hanover (RH) wants to continue supporting the regional municipal authorities by financing planning services for photovoltaic (PV) systems. The support relates to properties that are owned by the municipalities or that you use/operate. For this purpose, it conducts a procurement procedure. The offer of the Region of Hanover to all municipalities of the RH to have a PV system planning carried out on their own and leased/ rented/ leased under a contract and used properties via an external service provider (DL) will be continued in the years 2026 to 2028. For this, planning for the installation of a PV system in accordance with the HOAI (Fees Regulation for Architects and Engineers) up to service phase 6, including a bill of quantities/performance specification (LV), is to be prepared. This is to be used directly by the municipalities for the tendering of the PV system. The service must be provided by the end of April 2029.
