TENDER DESCRIPTION

The scope of the contract includes the following activities: Carrying out independent construction supervision during the execution of the construction works: „Repair of facilities of the road infrastructure serving the municipal road PVN 3049 - / PVN 1045, Dolna Mitropoliya - Gorna Mitropoliya, / III-3004 / - landfill for municipal waste (TBO) depot at km 0+970 (Stage II)“. The scope of the contract includes activities for exercising construction supervision within the meaning of Art. 166, para. 1 of the Spatial Development Act (ЗУТ), monitoring compliance with the requirements under Art. 169, paras. 1 and 3 of the Spatial Development Act (ЗУТ) during the execution of construction and installation works included in the scope of the contract.
