TENDER DESCRIPTION

Pyhäjoki Municipality requests tenders for the supply, installation and commissioning of AV equipment for the new municipal office building in accordance with this tender request and its appendices. The procurement includes all equipment and supplies specified in the tender documents, as well as the delivery, installation, assembly, programming, commissioning, testing, documentation and user training of the entire system. The contract price shall also include all software, licences and other necessary components required for the operation and commissioning of the system. The supplier is responsible for ensuring that the AV system to be delivered forms a complete, fully prepared, operationally capable, compatible entity that meets the requirements set out in the tender documents. The deliveries and installations under the AV contract are provisionally scheduled for 1.12.2026 – 10.1.2027. Equipment with a longer delivery time may be installed later, as agreed. A more detailed implementation schedule will be coordinated with the construction site schedule. The binding date for completion and handover will be confirmed in the procurement contract.
