TENDER DESCRIPTION

By carrying out a tender in an open procedure in the area covered by the state treaty, IGS as the contracting authority intends to procure external support in the field of Quality and Risk Management (QRM). The subject of this tender is the provision of services in the field of QRM for defined IT projects by specialized external experts. The provider acts as an independent review and evaluation body as well as an advisory partner for the contracting authority and the program or project management. Furthermore, it supports the core organization at a strategic level with other needs in the QRM context. It does not take operational program or project responsibility but supports in a controlling and advisory capacity. The services particularly include the independent assessment of program and project management, quality and risks, the ongoing monitoring of planning, progress and risk situation, as well as the execution of audits and analyses throughout the duration of the respective projects.
