- Managing commercial tender queries, analysing tender returns, managing price clarifications, reporting tender prices against pre-tender estimates, and preparing a tender report for the Client and NLHF.
- Advising on value-for-money and risks, providing commercial advice for contractor selection, assisting in final negotiations with the preferred contractor, and confirming the accuracy of the contract sum.
- Stage 4-6 Delivery Phase (Optional Services): This phase includes assistance in final negotiations with the preferred contractor and confirmation of the contract sum in the contract documents.
