TENDER DESCRIPTION

The neighborhood architect acts with regular consultation hours on site as a point of contact for citizens, in order to ensure low-threshold access to information and funding opportunities at municipal level and from other public funding providers, and also to be available for consultation appointments with property owners on site. A weekly working time of ten hours is envisaged, of which five hours per week are to be used in person on site for consultations. The required services include advisory activities in connection with the refurbishment and development of the private building stock and are divided into the service areas described below: - Support for applicants in submitting funding applications for the façade and courtyard area programme - Content-related and professional advice on the design, use, choice of materials and colours for measures involving façade and courtyard area design - Advice on measures for roof and façade greening - Suggestions for measures and initial non-binding cost estimates (no planning services according to HOAI) - Review of offers and invoices for trades/services - Documentation of measures (including photographic documentation…
