Continuation of activation real estate consulting including advice on private construction projects, funding management with preparation of agreements for modernisation and maintenance measures, development of content for avoidance agreements, processing of procedures for modernisation funding and the courtyard/facades programme, referral to other funding providers, application for and conduct of information events, stock exchanges or forums in particular in connection with PR management, preparation of information materials, communication with the redevelopment office and other parties involved, renting of a district office in North Düren for up to 2 years, consulting and participation in the setup of the district architect office in the model house, documentation of consultation meetings and administration of the documents for processing the funding application
