TENDER DESCRIPTION
As part of the planning of the new Zeche Sterkrade residential quarter, the construction of a pedestrian and cycle path bridge is planned. This bridge is intended to cross the existing colliery conveyor framework Sterkrade, which will later represent the centre of the new residential quarter, the CEF species protection area located to the north-east (continous ecological functionality), as well as the railway line (Oberhausen–Emmerich; Betuwe), thereby enabling an connection to the local Volkspark towards the city centre of Sterkrade. Object and structural engineering design, as well as the planning of the technical equipment (lighting) will be tendered.
