TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Lausitz Science Park (LSP) is divided into a total of five sub-projects which are closely interlinked technically and functionally and, as a whole, form a coherent project. The overall scope of the district energy supply was split into two independent parts within the scope of the contract award lotting required under procurement law in order to protect and promote medium-sized enterprises pursuant to Section 97(4) GWB. The split is intended in particular to give medium-sized planning offices the opportunity to participate in the tender in accordance with their field-specific expertise and capacity. The district energy supply is divided in an appropriate manner according to the plant groups of the technical building equipment pursuant to HOAI. The subject of the award is Part 1 of the district energy supply, the specialist planning of heat and cooling generation for the entire district area. (The planning of the pipeline network in the district is carried out by the planners of the media planning Part 1 and 2).
