TENDER DESCRIPTION

Lausitz Science Park (LSP) is divided into a total of five sub-projects that are closely connected technically and functionally and, taken together, form a coherent project. The overall scope of the district supply has been divided into two independent parts as required under procurement law for the protection and promotion of small and medium-sized enterprises pursuant to Section 97(4) GWB. This division is intended in particular to give medium-sized planning offices the opportunity to participate in the award in accordance with their specialist focus and capacity. The division of the district supply is carried out appropriately according to the plant groups of the technical equipment in accordance with HOAI. The subject of the tender is Part 1 of the district supply, the specialist planning of heat and cold generation for the entire district area.
