TENDER DESCRIPTION

Lausitz Science Park (LSP) is divided into a total of five sub-projects that are closely interlinked technically and functionally and together form a single coherent project. The overall scope of District supply was divided into two independent parts as required by procurement law for the purpose of protecting and promoting small and medium-sized enterprises in accordance with Section 97(4) of the German Act against Restraints of Competition (GWB). The division is intended in particular to give medium-sized planning offices the opportunity to participate in the tender in line with their specialist expertise and capability. The division of District supply is carried out in a manner that is appropriate and justified by the plant groups of the technical building services in accordance with HOAI. The subject of the tender is Part 2 of District supply, the specialist planning for power generation for Lausitz Science Park.
