TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the investment is the reconstruction of the access road approaching Liszt Ferenc International Airport and the entire associated utilities network, with the aim of increasing capacity and modernising it. The result of the planned development will be a new road and utilities network, parking facilities and pedestrian paths. The planned road network is 53,000 m2. The new road network connects to the existing arrival and departure levels. The collector, service and bypass roads are designed with 2 and 3 traffic lanes, respectively. To connect the existing and new network elements, a new overpass structure must be built (clear opening 16.6 m). The parking facilities located in the immediate vicinity of the existing terminal will be demolished; to replace them, a new facility providing parking spaces for approximately 1,000 vehicles will be built connected to the “J” Port road (with an asphalt pavement), including the construction of the necessary utility services and street lighting, the arrangement of green areas, and the implementation of buildings associated with the services.
