LondonEnergy Ltd (LEL) is establishing a Dynamic Market for the provision of surfacing, resurfacing and associated highways/civils works across LEL sites and other locations for which LEL is responsible. The Dynamic Market is intended to provide LEL with access to suitably qualified, experienced and competent contractors capable of delivering surfacing works on an as-required basis.
