TENDER DESCRIPTION

The municipality wishes, by means of this procurement procedure, to contract a single contractor for the supply of an RIS/BIS and all related services, as described in this descriptive document and the programme of requirements. The scope of the assignment concerns a solution that supports coherence between administrative processes, digital accessibility and transparency towards residents. The solution to be contracted is expected to support the full case-drafting and case-handling process, to have a fully integrated records management function and to provide options for the publication and dissemination of information. Support may take place within the RIS/BIS itself or by means of integrated links with other systems, thereby providing users with a coherent process. In addition, the application must seamlessly integrate with relevant existing facilities and supporting systems, including the meeting and audio-visual facilities available.
