TENDER DESCRIPTION

This contract is a contract for supplies as defined in Article 2, 20° of the Public Procurement Act of 17 June 2016. Subject of these supplies: The framework agreement relates to the supply, placement, maintenance and repair of underground containers for the residual waste, P+MD, paper-cardboard and organics (gft) fractions on the territory of IVIO. This separately per container or in combination with a waste collection line. Explanation: Estimated quantities will be used, given the fact that the numbers depend on the participation of the municipal participants that are connected, and other participants in the project. The delivery and placement of the underground containers will be carried out on request (call-off). Each individual call-off will form the subject of a purchase order. To ensure that the underground containers will be compatible with IVIO’s collection system, developers from the operating area are encouraged to purchase underground containers from the supplier appointed by IVIO for this contract, subject to the conditions of its contractual obligation with IVIO.
