TENDER DESCRIPTION

The municipality follows an open European procedure with award based on Best Price-Quality Ratio (BPQR) to enter into a framework agreement with a maximum of three (3) consultancy firms for the elaboration of the Environmental Plan for the municipality of Roosendaal. The municipality of Roosendaal is looking for multiple expert consultancy firms that can collaborate with each other and assist in drafting and elaborating the environmental plan as referred to in the Environmental Act. The contracting authority explicitly opts for a multidisciplinary approach in which each firm brings in specific expertise but also works constructively together on one integrated and legally sustainable environmental plan. The firms provide advisory and support teams on demand (hourly rate basis) and work together under the direction of the municipality, exchanging information to ensure consistency, quality, and continuity.
