TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contracting authority’s objective is to contract a contractor that provides expert maintenance of all paving blocks that are managed by the municipality of Gouda. In addition, providing a number of other services—such as setting up and maintaining an emergency standby service, providing maintenance for street furniture, and handling reports—is part of the contract to be concluded. Here, the municipality’s intent is to leave as much as possible of the work to the Contractor, while achieving a good balance between relieving the municipality and retaining control by the municipality is the aim.
