TENDER DESCRIPTION

The municipality of Gouda has outsourced the daily maintenance of civil works of art through a framework agreement. In order to maintain and clean these works of art in the coming years as well, the contract ‘Framework agreement for daily maintenance of works of art 2027–2028’ will be awarded. The work consists mainly of restoring the safety, functionality, durability and visual quality of civil works of art. This includes, among other things, local repair work, conservation work, cleaning and flushing through culverts. In addition, the contract includes taking traffic measures, arranging the necessary permits, carrying out inspections in accordance with CUR 117, measuring culverts and handling reports and damage. The work will be provided via separate subcontracts. The framework agreement has an initial term of 2 years, with the possibility to extend the agreement unilaterally up to a maximum of two times, each time for one year. See the tender documents.
