TENDER DESCRIPTION
The contract concerns the integral preparation and implementation of energy-saving measures (EML) within the real estate portfolio of Defence, aiming to ensure that the buildings timely comply with the statutory energy-saving obligation and contribute to the sustainability of the Government Real Estate. The assignment is characterized by a large scale, high time pressure, and the need for upscaling, with the EML measures to be realized by the end of 2029 at the latest.
