TENDER DESCRIPTION
The assignment concerns the integral preparation and implementation of energy-saving measures (EML) within the real estate portfolio of the Ministry of Defence, with the aim of ensuring that the buildings comply with the statutory energy-saving obligation in a timely manner and contributing to the sustainability of government real estate. The scope is characterized by its large scale, high time pressure and the need for scaling up, with the EML measures to be completed no later than the end of 2029.
