This concerns a joint public procedure for the supply to 4 different hospitals, University Hospital Antwerp, AZ Voorkempen, AZ Monica and AZ Klina. The tenderer to whom the contract is awarded will deliver and invoice each hospital separately, in accordance with the agreements in this specification and the general delivery and purchasing conditions of each hospital separately. If the agreements in this specification differ from the general delivery and purchasing conditions of a hospital, the agreements in this specification shall prevail.
