TENDER DESCRIPTION

In order to better ensure the continuity of Fellenoord 2040 in the longer term, there is a need to enter into a long-term partnership with market parties, to meet a staffing need of the organisation in which Fellenoord2040 hires in capacity and (specialist) expertise from the relevant framework contractors. A framework agreement will be concluded with two economic operators. The estimated value of the framework agreement amounts to approximately € 28 million (excluding VAT) over the entire term, including extension options, indexations, any collective labour agreement (CLA) amendments and other options. This estimate concerns the total of the subsequent assignments and is indicative in nature. No rights can be derived from this estimate. The stated value does not constitute an obligation on the Contracting Authority to purchase.
