TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Contract concerns the rental of Artificial Christmas trees and Christmas decorations that are placed at Defence locations in the Netherlands. The Contractor rents the Artificial Christmas trees and Christmas decorations to the Contracting Authority and supplies them to all Defence locations in the Netherlands, with the exception of the Wadden Islands. This involves full service/complete care (rental): the Contractor provides each year for the delivery, placement, assembly/decoration, dismantling/unhanging, removal, transport and storage of Artificial Christmas trees (including decoration) and Christmas decorations (Christmas centrepieces and garlands). For the Contracting Authority, it is important that the Contractor can supply a large, varied, high-quality and representative range nationwide, with consistent quality.
