TENDER DESCRIPTION
During the term of the framework agreement, WSRL will purchase flow meters and the required accessories such as converters of various brands and types. The installation of new flow meters is, in principle, carried out by WSRL itself. In cases where applicable, WSRL may request the contractor to install the flow meter and put it into operation. The Contractor has sufficient technical and substantive knowledge to advise WSRL on the selection, purchase and application of flow meters and associated accessories.
